Weekends in PDX!!

...so if 4th of July weekend on our WaterFront wasn't enough?! .....we've got some outrageously "edgy" fun on Mississippi District's Mississippi Ave this Saturday!!!  Great people, artisans, food/beer and 32 bands!!  Cool beans 'eh!   This town has it all; and this summer we're showin' it off!

Film Festival!

Just saw a wonderfully fun movie at the Film Festival in town this week!  I would share which one I saw, but wouldn't it be fun to go visit the wildly "unHollywood" movies for yourself?  I hope you can squeeze in one or two!  Ciao!

Art in the Pearl...

ok, yes this is a little late in coming...but if you missed this one, please give it a go next year!! It is set in the Park Blocks and full of fantastically creative artists selling their craft with the addition of them personalizing your purchase with their autograph & conversation! How fun is that I say!

...from fire dancers, to Joplin quality entertainers on a street corner, to clubs pipin' out hard blues, to stilt walkers (and dancers!), to Indian drummers of all ages, ...to finding yourself dancin' a lick a bit along with the energy of everyone else in the crowd of enthusiastic life-doers!!
